In the snow – covered Rocky Mountains, a unique hunt is about to unfold. An old hunter named Jack, nearly sixty, takes on the task of hunting a wolf for anatomical research. His weapon? A purplish – red “corn cob” made of a blood – covered triangular scraper. Meanwhile, his nephew Tom arrives, asking for a folk remedy to treat a “neighbor” with a gunshot wound. Jack insists on seeing the patient or getting detailed information. As they venture into the forest to hunt the wolf for the remedy, a series of unexpected events and revelations await. What secrets does Tom hold? And how will this wolf – hunting mission end?
