The Obedient Duck

After school one day, young Lily took her ducks out near an old dirt road. There, she found a farm truck stuck, and out of kindness, she went to help. But a big – bald guy rudely shooed her away. A gust of wind then revealed a terrifying sight in the truck’s cargo area: several bare feet covered with coal dust! Lily told the mayor, who promised to check. Later, the mayor brought her food, but it was made from poisonous water hemlock! It seems the mayor is in cahoots with the criminals.
