by Helen HallA matter of time? Norma sneered slightly. It seemed her husband wouldn’t agree with her. She had to come up with another plan. Thinking of this, she reached out and hugged Arthur. “Don’t be angry, dear. I’m just talking.”
Another morning, after breakfast, Arthur went to work, while Norma stayed at home. She was determined to try that magical button. If it really worked, why go to work? If it didn’t, at most she’d be late and lose three dollars in salary.
Norma opened the box, took out the key from the envelope, and gently inserted it into the glass cover. The cover opened. She looked at the ordinary – looking button and slowly reached out her hand. At that moment, she thought of Arthur. “I’m doing this for our future. Why do you have to be so angry with me?” With that thought, Norma pressed the button.
