Who’s Up to Mischief

In the well – known “little Las Vegas” of Hot Springs Town, Mayor John Smith lives a carefree life, indulging in drinking, hot baths, and massages. But when the Party affairs work inspection team is coming, he decides to put up slogans to create a good atmosphere. However, the slogans are switched, causing great embarrassment in front of the deputy county party secretary. Later, during the comprehensive governance inspection, the same thing happens again, and a state – level newspaper reporter captures it all. With the town in an uproar, who is the trouble – maker? The mayor plans to lure the culprit out. But what shocking truth will be revealed in the end?
